Hypnotherapy is when a therapist creates the correct environment for the brain to go into 'trance' a dreaming state, then we have access to the subconscious mind, supported by your clinical hypnotherapist who will send specific language patterns to the brain.

YOUR SESSION:
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately
1 hour at £125 per session, giving you plenty of time to lose yourself in the moment and restore a sense of calm.
During the session I won't ask you about the past but instead encourage you to concentrate on the future, so you won't need to worry about reliving any traumatic events. I work hard to create an open space where you don't feel judged or uncomfortable, just completely safe and relaxed.
